I’m Chipo Charidza, founder of Afriz. I bring over two decades in healthcare, from hands‑on ICU clinical practice to healthcare executive roles. My journey from the intensity of the ICU, where I witnessed humanity at its most vulnerable, to the world of luxury experiences and events, where I now have the privilege of witnessing people at their best, represents an evolution of purpose, shaped by compassion, leadership and a deep appreciation of humanity.

Today, I bring the discipline, strategic thinking, and executive perspective, with sustainability at the heart of my purpose, connecting healthcare leadership, business strategy, and the power of events to inspire change by helping make sustainability an integral part of how we design, deliver, and experience life and events. Because excellence should not only be celebrated; it should be sustainable.
